What is included in the trip cost?
We include all lodging, meals and beverages*, including adult beverages. You will also ride a HERSH Blast Disk equipped with SRAM RED eTAP AXS, receive a complete Hersh/Comobike cycling kit and all transportation during the trip. Not included are your pre- and post-trip travel, hotels, etc.
*Beverages ordered by guests beyond normal amounts and away from group activities will incur additional charges.
What is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
The deposit for our public trips is $2,500 per person and is non-refundable. The balance for all trip fees is automatically charged to your card 90 days before the start of your trip.
How do I choose the right trip?
There is no one trip that we can recommend for everyone. We offer trips in Portugal, France, Spain, Italy and California. How far in advance should I book?
We launch our calendar to our previous clients before we make them public and some of our trips get close to selling out out early. We recommend you book early. Having said this, if you find yourself with a small window of opportunity, feel free to hit us up and we will try and find a spot for you.
If I book a trip, is there a guarantee that it will run?
We have never cancelled a trip due to low numbers. However, there is no guarantee of this in the future. If a trip is cancelled by us we will give you a full credit which can be applied to any other trip within 2 years, plus an additional $250 to help you with changing any flights you may have already booked.
What does double occupancy mean?
Unless you request to have a room to yourself (single supplement) we will pair you with another traveler of the same gender.
Do you offer a single room supplement?
We do and if you would like the privacy of a private room throughout your trip please select this upgrade option at checkout.
Do you offer add-on packages before or after the trip?
Yes. We offer a pre-trip early arrival package that includes 2 nights lodging and a half-day guided city tour. Please contact us for more information.
Do you do private or custom trips?
We have created custom trips for many of our clients. Some of these custom trips have been similar to our standard trips with a private group booking out an entire trip on our calendar. We have also done special trips for families with children, or special interest groups. The possibilities are almost limitless, so please reach out to us for more information.
Yes, but it will require some guidance from us if you are wanting to make a group booking for a public trip through our online system. Please contact us for assistance.
Yes. And no. Although we cannot insist on it to travel with us, we do highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your own peace of mind. The link and Travel Agent ID number for our travel insurance partner Allianz will be provided during the booking process.
